For a few summers I sold hand-painted wooden sandals, any style I could find but mostly the Dr. Scholl’s brand. Many were designed specifically for a client relative to a sport they played, bridal themes, other suggestions, or to match tote bags I made.
A mural I painted in the dining room of a home where I incorporated images of her dogs and cat and from a Renoir painting she liked. The arches are also painted (they’re not part of the home’s architecture).
Above: items inspired by the stained glass windows at my children’s school and sold at the school’s annual auction fundraiser.
